Yesterday, our nursery was filled with laughter, curiosity, and cuddly teddies as we celebrated World Book Day with a Teddy Bear Picnic.

From the moment the children arrived, they immersed themselves in a world of teddy-themed fun! Our day was packed with hands-on activities, including:
🧊 Rescuing teddy bears from ice – a sensory delight!
🎨 Painting mini teddy bears – creativity at its best!
📸 Teddy Bear Photo Booth – capturing special moments!
🧺 A charming picnic setup with our favourite teddies
🌟 A beautifully decorated Learning Hub featuring teddy bear bunting hand-painted by the children!

Adding to the magic of the day, our wonderful staff made a fantastic effort to dress up in coordination, bringing extra joy and excitement to the celebration! 🧸✨

As the day unfolded, our little learners gathered around the picnic table, enjoying a delightful spread of food, kindly donated by our amazing parents. The joy continued in our nursery’s beautiful garden, where families joined us for an enchanting story time under the open sky. 📖✨

Together, we journeyed through ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’ and ‘Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?’, sitting on cozy blue checkered blankets with picnic baskets full of healthy snacks. It was a truly heartwarming experience of storytelling, nature, and togetherness.

Even the weather joined in on the fun, playing a little game of hide and seek with the sunshine! ☀🌥
